This company has yet to clear my pending salary since I left in 2022, and they are now ignoring my calls. Instead of addressing the issue, they resort to sending false legal notices when someone speaks out on LinkedIn. Think twice before joining this company. Junior Employees who worked in the company was quite nice & innocent but from the management to the Founder & Co-Founder and Head HR was extremely toxic and fraud people.

They make you work extremely hard and then don't pay your salaries. Most of the newbies in the company don't get paid and when they ask about salary, HR says, your work is not good enough that's the reason you can't get paid. Another excuse they put forward is, currently the company doing very bad financially so your have to wait for the salary.

...strous company they don't even have funds to pay their employees no work there .kindly don't join such a fraud company their salary pay tenure is 10 to 20 but they never give you on time it could take 3 months or more or they never give you a salary, they always told you you don't work as it is a work from home job it is requested to all kindly don't join no growth, nothing is good about this company.

They just give management meeting and say we will do salary next will but it never happened. when you ask about salary they say dont take follow ups. we do it we do it. All destek employees are facing this but not raising this issue. my three month of salary not paid.
