The only measure they are taking during covid is providing hand sanatizer. There are huge salary cuts and employees were threatened that they will be put them on furlough and pressurised to visit workplace. Management is failing and there are hardly any policies in favour of employees. There is no appraisals and allowances.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address employees issues. Management will look for ways to pull out employees money through salary cuts. Lack of empathy towards employees affects the overall experience of working here. Lack of professionalism in speach and behaviour

Their projects are cool and at the same time you can have a good interaction with clients and learn many things .

Dislikes

not so big problem but you have to work extra sometimes and also have to come saturday's for achieving deadline.

My reporting was to the director of the company. He is really very good person and mentor. After leaving from this company, I still remember his managerial skills which I learnt from him. He is really a good mentor and boss.
