The Employers will respect the employees with good manners. They give more opportunities to work in 3D & concepts. The seniors was too polite, they were all helped us during the hard situation during the work.

Dislikes

... work ethics. They keep on extracting our hard work & strech works all the time. They bargain our salary CTC at the time of appraisal. They won't count the hard work & time which was sacrificed to the company during appraisal process. Guys.. Please don't spoil your valuable experience by joining this company. We are all experiencing now! 😔

Dislikes

Compensation is very low with which we can't afford for daily lives. There is 3 years bond with which they use you as they wish. Training is very poor you have to learn yourself by asking your seniors repeatedly which irritates them.
