There is no specific head to maintain the orphans home.only admin accountant and one more uneducated person lead the ngo. These accountant person he is Al ways rude with employees. He will drink in the office and he will smoke also. With out intimation they will ask us to do resign. Very cheap mentality people are there in desire. This is a waste organization. Please don't join in this organization and don't spoil ur life's ok.
