Here the seniors do not behave like seniors but like rulers, the juniors are kept with fear after getting the total, the honour is quite good, the plant manager is a 3rd class man, I worked for almost 8 years, my salary was 16000 in 2016 and at the time of leaving the job in February 2024 it was 18000, on this basis you can think about the company
