Dislikes

Management is reckless . They dont value work life balance and expect you to work like servants . They have their software but no training will be given to the employees. Beware of Mr. Srijan , he seems very sweet and supportive initially , and covers his faults by highlighting others. HR is also pathetic , lacking professionalism. Inshort , its like a tech based lala company .

Micromanagent If you have good skills and relevant will make you feel worthless. Many people here are without degree and without any certifications. There is no background verification check ,degree check and certifications check. One who passes in all these will be made sure that he doesn't allign with the process and made to sit in audience with minimum interaction and contribution, your all ideas will be taken and they themselves will implement them first.
