Oh god, where do I start from. First and foremost no clarity on designs, final designs which are supposed to be submitted are taken on site, then done changes and told revised drawings would be shared. Team lead was toxic, to a point where rather than any professional criticism, it came down to personal remarks and abuses.

Likes

Exposure was amazing as an intern there. Learning from each other’s mistake and input was fruitful.

Dislikes

Salary is decent, but growth is slow as it is a small firm. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence it becomes difficult to understand the process. Also there is less professionalism and sometimes you feel demotivated as well.
