There is no job security here. I have worked 25 years with very punchuality and regularity with my 100 percent efficiency and they removed me in the very critical time without any reason. The management are not supporting now and not ready to listening my problems.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in the management. There is no job security here and the career growth is low. The management are not supportive at all.

Dislikes

Management hijacked by two very super senior employees called 'Associates'. They take decision like team formation, appraisal, leave sanctioning, seating etc. on behalf of management and are generally rude to rest of the employees. One has to be in good terms with them. Anyone who's better from them and not in good terms will be thrown out of the office, hence needs to be subdued and submissive to stay their.
