Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

... to work here only gossip on people appearance there mobile,phone, and chappal.They literally make you run for ur own salary.They will make you slave feel guilty and put u in depression.Third class work life balance.

Dislikes

Nobody helps only tantrums.They wont allow u to focus and give gud performance.Chamchaas will survive here.

1. They make you work like a donkey 2. No payment for overtime and no complimentary offs if worked on holidays. 3. full day salary cuts if you are late 4. Good people have left only people who are not ambitious and do not have confidence to give interview are present in companies 5. 98% people have cheap mindset 6. Managers torture juniors 7. Most toxic environment 8. forget work life balance if you join here 9. Daily stress My advice : dont work here as you will be highly demotivated and frustated with life
