I worked as Developer and enhanced skills myself,

Dislikes

Poor Management, Unfit HR, Micro Management, Partiality among peers by team manager/head, No Appraisal at all - max they give 2 or 3 % hike utterly worthless that too once a year Some managers kills their juniors time by making them work overtime also they get do their work by juniors and take credit for themselves They provide very low package, It's not worth to work at Deshpande Foundation!

While recruiting they'll mention the duties bare minimum and after recruitment they'll treat employees inappropriately and appoints all the irrelevant works which was not discussed at the time of recruitment and the works which are related to other departments (irrelevant) and pressures the employee until they leave the organisation.., and politics are very high.

Likes

Ample of opportunities to address real issues that matters to the social and economic development. Bottom up approach makes it possible. Genuine concern and generous support from the founders, able leadership, opportunities to cross function learning and sharing makes it a place for mutual growth.

Dislikes

...deserving employees based on that should have been done (at least in my case). Not having the salary bands was a big minus

I like MEDP I have worked with women entrepreneurs, and select in field entrepreneurs and supported like ligal cimplains registation's and credit linkage through banks and Business to business connection and Skill trainings.

Dislikes

Recently they has shifted from MEDP to Turmeric pilot project but i didn't get support from reporting manager as a reporting manager he only doing work in Kakatiyasandbox part time job

Nothing anymore. It's become like any other organization that is toxic to work specially with the current HR head and the CEO - terrible.

Dislikes

Everything. you can't take breaks, you can't expect to have lunch peacefully. There is work all the time and not growth opportunity and constant lay off.
