Mostly there’s vacant post. People leave randomly job and nobody willing to join due to worst and currupt system mangement From day one no job security and joining tc is different for employees and employer I don’t suggest for career or job dbu

I like to Teach ph.d classes specially core Subject Education class, my ph.d students belong to different culture So I also learn from their side. My B.ed and E.T.T students are always come with smiling face in my class. Their way of attitude are just like bless for my teaching approaches . Specially one more step i likes very much , they provide free coursera courses to students as well as faculty of university

Salary is not upto mark as per level of qualifications. I don't feel they concern about teacher's mental health.

Don't see the postive comments they are not true It is the most worst University in the whole world .they will assault you like they did 2 days before and still no one's can do anything about it ..they don't have a proper registeration

The university is open to innovation and ready to opted latest technology, I have excellent and reliable team who thinking about future of Technology. Work environment in our university is so professional, everyone about his duties. University environment like a family, every one is so closed with each other and all employees solve the problem together.

Normally university has not a problem but some time is very hectic situtation when during load no body support u and you face alone your problem, Financial security of employees is so critical
