There co-ordination and leadership and opportunity to learn more if u r willing to learn as much as possible... the management is in right hand and there is more good to learn regarding Forensic Audit and IBC which is not available in all the place . they trust on u and give u the chance to prove urself as u not learner when u enter but when u leave the organisation u shall be learner but also a leader to lead the word with your experience and attitude towards world.
