Late sitting and overtime is fixed everyday. No team leader will support u or appreciate u. Any time they can fire u. Every now and then they will insult u and compell u to leave the job. The senior staff is non co operative and even the boss will only listen to senior. Team members have no right to speak about their issues and problems. Even during WFH we are compelled to work till late night or mid night. That too without break. I had a terrible experience working there. Even all the team members who have joined along with me have also left due to pathetic working culture.
