There is no job security in this company. Without giving any intimation warning they can suddenly pull you in meeting and says their template word "Today is your last working day". Higher Management people are their Psychopaths are cunning they do not have any skill another than buttering their BOSS. They have been literally enjoying their time here as they are paid extremally high and have no short of experience at all and doing nothing productive work here. There is not any smooth exit process here, Please connect any previous or current employee on LinkedIn before joining this company.

- No work culture at all. - Leadership takes pride in firing people without any reason - Your reporting manager and HR will shamelessly all of a sudden come to tell you" today is your last working day". - No place for ambitious and talented people - No defined career path for any role. HRs are there to just act like a Bot. - No clearly defined company policy. The majority of the Indian staff is relative of each other. So, you are never welcomed or appreciated in the company. There will be no rewards or appreciation for you. 70% people are relatives of the senior management, you will never get a chance to present your skillset.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
