- No work culture at all. - Leadership takes pride in firing people without any reason - Your reporting manager and HR will shamelessly all of a sudden come to tell you" today is your last working day". - No place for ambitious and talented people - No defined career path for any role. HRs are there to just act like a Bot. - No clearly defined company policy. Just runs on wimps and fancies of few boot lickers. - If you try to improve the process you will be shown the door - I believe sooner or later this company will die its natural death

The majority of the Indian staff is relative of each other. So, you are never welcomed or appreciated in the company. There will be no rewards or appreciation for you. 70% people are relatives of the senior management, you will never get a chance to present your skillset.

Dislikes

The Senior management is very unprofessional. When the market is down, they will fire you without any reason. If you are relative of any one there then it is fine otherwise I Highly recommend to not join this company. I

Company looks like hospital from outside.. from inside you will realize its hospital only, with lots of mental management peoples.

Dislikes

There is no job security in this company. Without giving any intimation warning they can suddenly pull you in meeting and says their template word "Today is your last working day". Higher Management people are their Psychopaths are cunning they do not have any skill another than buttering their BOSS. They have been literally enjoying their time here as they are paid extremally high and have no short of experience at all and doing nothing productive work here.
