It is one of the worst place to be in. The Director is very authoritative and doesn't listen to any logic. He is always lost in his own world and demands the work by the last hour. He doesn't give you any leave and expecting any kind of humanitarian approach is making fool out of yourself. The team working out there is very substandard and is one of the most corrupt places in the nation.
