...lete job security with time related career growth on the basis of performance. UGC pay grades were given to all. Every faculty was screened through annual appraisal. LTC facility was provided to all. Work environment was excellent. Work Life balance was excellent.

There was nothing, which I had to dislike about working at Higher Education, Haryana.

Education department is very good department and i good working experience is very good my first job in education department knowledge is very wonderful..

All is very good work And i like education Department work.

Very unprofessional way & methods are adopted by department. Time based seniority promotions should go off and must be replaced by competitive exam within department for promotions.

Dislikes

Most of the senior officials who are in the management of department are actually don't know the very basics of management. Management should be in the hands of proper professionals.

It's a good experience to work in Education department. But due to on contract there are less chances of growth & better opportunities.

Nothing...its good to work in Education Department Haryana as it is related to children's future.

All teachers are good in academic. Good environment. Basic requirements ie. Electricity supply poor, water supply not proper, staff are not posted as per school requirements. Toilets are not proper in shape and not cleaned. Eduset is not working. Promotion not regular.Promotion must be do only after taking a proper tests. Administrative staff should be psted. Teachers should be use in academic work only not for ie. Mid day meal, construcyio, Surrey, vote prepare list etc. Deo, beo, principal should be appointed directly, specially from defence backgrounds.
