This department being highly sensitive. on pl has possess impeccable integrity. This department provides all facilities for employees growth. There is no stress at work place. Working in industrial units is highly pleasant. Interaction with other Government agencies and statutory bodies gives you strength and forebearance to meet any challenges. Transport facility, medical facility and residential facilities are of world class. Recently department has introduced felxi time attendance due which employees are stress free about their office punctuality. The only lucky one gets chance to work in such ultra modern organisation.

Grievances handling is not up to expectations. Employee becomes demotivated because of poor handling grievances.

I like Supervising Chemical Processes and Operations. Reaserch and Developments work such as designing, Materials balance, optimization of Chemical Processes and Operations, management of Chemical Processes and Operations etc.

I am very much proud as iwas working in Dept of Atomic Energy, lot of experince gained in new types of machinery, in separation of beach mineral, different types of dryers, Pumps, vibrating screen etc.

No chance of dislike, only enjoy by doing developmental work for system improvement.

Likes

There has been too much of nepotism and fluttery-appreciation in almost each level. There is innovative freedom. What the Boss says, it has to be accepted. Fresh air or thoughts are crushed, mercilessly.

Dislikes

It is they 'single direction thought process'. No lateral exchange of ideas or openness in technical discussions.

Likes

It is a wonderful experience, very challenging,never without excitement,professionally upward,interacting with highly skilled scientists,particularly nuclear scientists, visiting professional bodies and promoting the interests of students,teachers and parents.Out reach programme to the socially downtrodden was a run away success drawing the attention of the media as well

Majority of teachers were highly cooperative,self-motivated,focused on success,training students in academic activities was almost a passion
