No Promotion at all. very less increments in salary. Very dirty working conditions, too much politics No job security at all and is the worst thing there. No value for good teachers. Some times only after 3 or 4 months they remove the teachers. If Teacher resigned they trouble too much, not returning there certificates, not giving salary.This is for the new teachers who want to join this school. You first think and than come to this school

Near my home,easy leaves policy ,paid vacations One subject only to teach. No unnecessary meetings. Do not stay after school time over

Dislikes

No salary for May month,some people dominate a lot. Proudy and rude and uncivilized accountants. Extreme domination of few senior teachers.No proper respect for other teachers. Some seniors always humiliate others. Inefficient management. They are unable see the right and wrong

Likes

I don't expect any support from such an institute who don't even have any believe on their staff. Still feel bad for all my dear students who still miss me. And feels bad for the school too, as I know what quality of teachers are preserved from years in this school.

Dislikes

Seniors should be more organised about their decisions. They often take decisions based on others views. So it is recommended that kindly get the things directly clear about the issues that you have. Even the institution need to brush up their old staff. They are really becoming like a stones. Help them to move from their places.
