Dislikes

Absolutely no work life balance Acute favouritism in the Management No respect for boundaries You'll work 15 hours a day, even on the weekends No support from HR (literally absent apart from onboarding) Lack of resources will ALWAYS be an excuse The work environment is toxic They have zero compassion

Scope of work is really good.

Dislikes

There are some departments that can do work from home and we, all nation had seen this work from home module during pandemic. But Dentsu is very reluctant to even thinking to revise this policy for talented and loyal employees or working mothers / single lady of theirs who are from 'non-metro' cities, or cities they don't have branches but giving company best output from home just because after pandemic the equation is changes and few of employees already located to their hometown.

Dislikes

•Shaky and lost new senior leadership •Snobbish clients (rude) • Zero skill-building initiatives • Isolated working style • Pretentious nice people • Culture is fries-beer and gossip • Boring day-to-day work • Tone deaf to employee well-being • A community of bullies in mid-level • No efforts of inclusivity • Blame game, bickering bosses • No initiative of proper monthly one-one goal-setting calls • Namesake creativity • Super chill until you make one mistake • 5 days a week stress-level 10/10 • No culture reference of old Chutney PS: This is my personal experience. While in all this chaos I also met some amazing colleagues who left and on their way of exiting which made my life at Chutney even more difficult. I won't lie but I did met some warm good leaders as well mainly from other departments (client-servicing and art) If you are starting out any job will have its set of challenges right? If you just care about bringing home the bread then go for it because they pay you well as compared to other companies but you gotta negotiate trusting your set of skills because that salary is gonna stick around for 1 whole year. All I'm saying is go easy on yourself and consciously work on your skills (seriously) because on job feedback can be quite nasty and force you to go to a shrink (I did that). Don't let anyone tell you with their weird cold treatment that you don't fit in. You got the job in first place because they know you can do it :) All the best

Welcome to the most boring company in the world. No work culture, thousands of groups, all are walking in the office like dead people without motivation and dream to do some great stuffs. They are cutting money in the name of tax and some different stuffs but no one is fighting as all are dead.

While the environment is warm and accepting, which should be a norm, work life balance should never be affected. People are friendly.

Get used to pulling 14 hr shifts and less chance of getting a leave. The culture of management being okay to sacrifice work-life balance just to meet un-realistic timelines is just unacceptable. Managers are in-experienced at understanding the full scope of work and give bad timelines which the team has to adhere to. Better planning is needed at the earliest and more resources.
