... instruction to everyone though he have no idea about business. 6. No HR policy. They deduct salary on a minute basis. You you are late by 1 hour your whole day salary will be deducted. 7. No CL, No PL, No SL. 8. Duty hours is 10 hours and out of 56 Sundays you have to come to office atleast for 20/25 Sundays 9. Total Holidays 10( out of which 4 days are Durga pujo and Kali pujo) effectively 6 day holiday in a year. 10. You have to be present all major and famous Bengali festival. If u absent you have to face misbehaviour of MD. Think twice before joining this Shit company( Grocery shop)

Nothing to like. The butta family is a cheat. It is a family business. Basically they call themselves dentist having attitude of a MBBS doctor..

Worst work culture There is camera and voice recorder everywhere No place for doctors to sit If you are a BDS , then they will keep you for non clinical work which has no relevance They don’t trust you as a doctor, even MDS are not allowed to do advance procedures
