Work culture and salary benefits are goods , although I am not satisfied with the performance evaluation methodology in some specific dept .. Although overall experience is good

Work life balance is exactly not good , there were always the shortage of manpower respective to job load which directly affects your personal life , on the other hand if you are ready to respond for challenges if you can ignore the challenges and you can chill your life .

Nothing at all Worst management of all. No work life balance is there. Salary is low. Huge pressure. Un-necesary demands. Worst company culture compared to others. Indian managers ...no technical knowledge.

Dislikes

... technical knowledge. Japanese treat Indians in a very bad manner. No respect ..no proper salary structure.

cab facility, food, work-life balance, honest people, loan facilities, respectful environment, paid overtime, timely salary

same low salary from production to R&D, no upskill programs, lack of knowledge sharing, conservative & deteriorating culture, poor management, salary cuts/no/poor increments

Good culture, promotes ideas and support for new ideas is there. Ethics and rules are followed to a great extent.

Dislikes

6 day working, No flexibility, Pay is less compared to industry standard. Learning curve is not that great, gets stagnant after few months. Not much technology driven.
