There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinnes.

Contractual Salary Not sacrificed. Because, New joining Salary and After 4 year work this company Salary same.Its very Unlike Salary system.

6 day working, No flexibility, Pay is less compared to industry standard. Learning curve is not that great, gets stagnant after few months. Not much technology driven.
