Cons- 6 days working. Over discipline culture Strictly fixed timings, salary cut if late No short leave policy Indians will do & agree on anything which Japanese says(Indian mentality) Terrible Micro-monitoring No WFH Less Diwali bonus Less Excretia(annually) Average increment No sports, no game room, gym, any playing courtyard. Can’t go outside from company’s premises for any short break. Middle management do nothing No outing Pros- Good home loan, fuel reimbursement policies Tasty food (veg,nonveg) that too almost free Transportation is free totally OT for AM & below employee

A person having a paper of degree means having everything . Company promote such lazy persons easily . This lazy culture I hate the most .

Job security in the company is commnedable Salary comes as per date no matter whatever the situation is

No work life balace have to work on weekends too Engineers are not treated good. Saalry increment is also on the lower side
