For every late coming there is a pay cut. However it can be even by 1 mint late arrival to office. Their leave policy is such that it forces an employee to take leave without pay when in need. They have total 26 leaves, out of which 16 are annual. And to avail anuual leaves one has to apply 21 days prior and must take 5 leaves at atleat at a time. To avail rest of the annual leaves next time, employee has to wait for next 3 months and then will be eligible to apply again.
