You can gain waste Knowledge and skiils for your career, and also there will always person to support you either RM, HR. The hike and Incentives are far more better then any other organisations in th e market. and also there will be no presuure or targerts in work.

Job securuty for recruiters, based on performance the job security will depend. and lack of recognition.

I was a fool to join this company. The Hyderabad office is nothing but a political ground for HRs and managers and the CEO and other seniors sitting in US are least bothered about it. The marketing manager Venkatesh physically assaulted a female employee in the lift. He asks for physical benefits in return for work. When complained against him, he conveniently says sorry in front of HRs saying that he was joking. The HRs think themselves to be godfathers. They literally manipulate others to save their favourite manager. When they find matters going out of hand, they fire employees. They have zero skills. The managers come, chat over phone, teases female employees, asks for physical benefits, eats lunch and dinner, attends meetings and go home. Females should never make the decision to join this company.
