The work-life balance in Denave is very bad. Bad Pay. Your salary is linked to your targets. If you don't achieve ur targets your salary will be almost half of what is promised. They promise something and never keep up to it.

They never keep up to their word. From the minute you start working, pressure is all around you to achieve your target. It is a Hire and Fire enviornment.

...person is telling like this 5. They will call you to work, even you are sick, 6. They will tell you to do ot,they will pay but if you are not willing to do ot then also you want to do 7. Internal politics is more 8. No IJPS,no promotion, if you are an agent till you leave the company you will be a agent only 9. They will conduct functions only for managers not for agents 10. The increment will be based on favorites not for the worked employee 11. As increment they will give 2 to 5% hike 12. There is no work from home or hybrid structure you want to login every day to the office 13, In the name of hr she is just a joke,simply taking salary

No progress, my 2months salary was not given by my manager Mr Anand gaurav, and suddenly my leaves are rejected by my manager...I am in web 1 which is really really pathetic....I will not recommend to anyone.
