The work-life balance in Denave is very bad. Bad Pay. Your salary is linked to your targets. If you don't achieve ur targets your salary will be almost half of what is promised. They promise something and never keep up to it.

They never keep up to their word. From the minute you start working, pressure is all around you to achieve your target. It is a Hire and Fire enviornment.

Working at Denave is like a dream job for anyone. Everything is awesome whether it is a work environment, career growth, life balance, salary. Everything is mind-blowing.

Job security is a problem but the best part that you get notified for your performance every time.

Growth is Very slow, If you are working with other project with another OEM(Third Party) then you are not applicable for neither Denave and nor Other OEM policy to get leave and holiday. Project OEM team plays as a football, There are not any extra benefits for Employee and his family member( for junior level).

In company teammates are very cooperative, training are held on every month,Company provides the career growth,Salary and Incentives are very attractive, Provides the Very good opportunities to learning something new.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day.

...person is telling like this 5. They will call you to work, even you are sick, 6. They will tell you to do ot,they will pay but if you are not willing to do ot then also you want to do 7. Internal politics is more 8. No IJPS,no promotion, if you are an agent till you leave the company you will be a agent only 9. They will conduct functions only for managers not for agents 10. The increment will be based on favorites not for the worked employee 11. As increment they will give 2 to 5% hike 12. There is no work from home or hybrid structure you want to login every day to the office 13, In the name of hr she is just a joke,simply taking salary
