Everything. Management is bad. HR team doesn't respond to you problems. Highly unorganised work culture. They will just play with your profile and career. Kind of dictatorship environment. Zero growth. Employee retention policy is too bad.

Work life was there for me. Salary hikes were good for me for 2/4 years. Others 2 years it was affected with covid. WFH advantage was there till April 23. Manager's and TLs that I got most of the time was good. Internal opportunities are there too for growth. But pay increase is not a lot too.

Dislikes

Pay will be 4-5 LPA at hiring. Increments for most people is around 5%-6%. If you are good at work and if the company situation is good then you'll get a good raise. Nothing new we get to learn here.Whatever we learn can be used only within the company. Nothing we can use it for other companies. Good for freshers.
