Company is decent but overall experience is not that satisfactory. I'm in company about 2.5 years but i do not see any growth in my knowledge and my overall skills. Company hours is about 8:30 hr but they frequently close the gates so no one can go outside and they get their work not in field of yours but in operator position. And also salary is not enough to survive in today's world and according to your skill or knowledge. Also there's a partiality in nature of management that should not be appreciable for any company. There is different salary structure , they cut your salary by showing extras. All things in company is just for show off purpose but in the depth all of it just breaks your heart.

The staff and employees are all nice, they support you and work like a family.

Dislikes

The management is not good, it is complete nonsense and you will not get any growth because of it and HR every team gives absolutely ridiculous answers.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

On audit time paper work too high those unnecessary.

Job security is more, if people work as per KRA assigned. All employees are work as a team. Management is always accept employee review. Every month employees are rewarded.

The Management lead by CMD is maintained and is free of nuisance. Job is secure but employee should perform per management requirements. Work culture is Good. Company policies are Good.

Dislikes

Company stopped operations in Pune plant inspite of OEM Business opportunities and settled manufacturing facilities INSPITE OF PUNE as automotive hub. It could have been beneficial to continue the plant operations.
