In Gaussian, Networks Salary comes on time and they do not delay your full and final when you leave the organizations. They only love an employee who is not a good performer but a great politician who can do buttering and roam around the directors. They respect and appreciate your work sometimes. But when it comes to giving you any growth that will never happen because they want to provide growth who was deeply involved in politics. Like Preeti, Rajiv Dhull, Shailesh. And one Manager Narender. and now another Manager who is more than involved in politics as compare his name is Astitwa Srivastava and he is under the shelter of one Vice President Krishnendu Guha both are together and belongs to the same company iYogi. Astitwa even stops their employees for the washroom that nobody can move to the washroom without his permission. Which is a very negative work culture. And Directors doesn't have any problem with this pathetic person. He doesn't know anything about the process but still, he ruled the people who are 4-5 years old in the company. And all the old people who were top performers in the CRM process lost their jobs just because of the politics have done by these two animals Astitwa and Krishnendu. The company is very nice but this CRM process is very pathetic never join that under that process till the time these two Animals Krishnendu and Astitwa are there. One more female Animal was there Shalini Singh ugly by face and very ugly by behaviour but nowadays I heard that she left the job so at least one Animal is not there now.

Politics is on a high scale by Krishnendu (VP) and Astitwa. (Manager) Both the directors Mohit Agarwal and Anuj Gupta are very nice and both are very good humans.

I honestly say, nothing suits to me. Very bad Politics in this company. Manager and team leader feel insecure when you performing well

1. Manager and team leader is always kept away from original job which will you hire for. 2. Telent is doesn't matter, dosti yaari me leader ban gaye hai.

i feel Product team, compliance team and Crm team are the only good teams in this company rest are not good

Before joining this company keep in mind 1) No real talent in this company everyone has got promotion based on BL and dosti yaari. 2) Fake people all around dont trust anybody 3) Work given is stupid even some 10th std student could do it. 4) zero learning 5) Should be present on Saturday and Sundays as well for the work that they give 6) late coming and alsi managers you will have to suffer because of them. 7) Fast and very loud to point out your mistakes but go silent or ignore when they do mistake. 8) Leaves wont be compensated. 9) no extra of constant overtime

Nothing, if you join this company then you will have bad phase of life.

Worst company ever, work pressure, no sustainability, company have bad future, senior leadership are not friendly, they wanted to rule on junior colleagues. Please don't join this company.

My overall experience with DTGL has been extremely positive. My Team is fun, supportive and upbeat. I have been able to grow a ton in my career because of the creative freedom given to employees to better the company. Its very welcoming and full of opportunity.
