The work pressure is very high.i have to worry work 12-14 hour's straight in a day as i have to attend client and site calls in late night ., sometimes.managers do not value an individual's.

I was done with 2.5 year with Delta family. Company is not bad, but no any job security for this company.Top management is very good and experienced staff, and 2017 -march i m left in this company till now could not received my PF-amount. Company i think cheating for all staff last two year's company not paying that... so careful
