The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that i am a part of team that production reliable ,high quality products As a result , I get to handle high speed fully automatic tin manufacturing lines .Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds ,and we work happily in collaboration .I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high .sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as i have to attend preventive maintenance work in night .Managers do not value an individuals . Also there is no on- job training for freshers ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is pain some times

The work pressure is very high. I work 8-10 hour in a day but managers don't value. I do my work with best level but no response.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
