Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive .But Don't feel the help done by Company to employees is enough& Many employees are not happy with the behaviour of company during lockdown.

Dislikes

...Less.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Notice period is 2 months which has to be 1 month only.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The Market Value of the Company and it's employees is very good. The Salary and Benefits are very good.

Dislikes

The Appraisal process need to be improved and required proper evaluation of the performance of employee based on the real performance throughout the year. Company has to make process wherever it is not in place, to make it completely process oriented.

It basically chinese oriented MNC company, very comfortable to work here.

Dislikes

Management side indian people are not highlight the employees issue to chinese people, salary is not based on merit, 3 to 4 years experience employees getting salary equal to more than 10 years experience employees.

Delta is like a goverment company.Everybody follows the work timings(9.30 to 6.00) nobody will be there in the office after 6.30pm. Events and programmes are very good.Learning is too good.You can work in all layers here.You can even shift from hardware side to software and vice versa if needed.Easy to get senior positions.Special gifts are offered to employees on occasions like diwali.Best for people who think about thier carier growth.

...oo big.Most of the members are freshers.Work pressure.Management is not so good.Salary is less than industry.More variable pay in CTC (around 25 k ) .Cafeteria is very small.Not much leaves are provided compared to other firms .You have to submit medical reports if you take sick leave more than 2 days.Appraisal is very less 8-15%.Hardware is also limitted for projects .No recognization.No softskill trainings.key resources are leaving.Good company for freshers not for experienced peoples.
