...e at anytime within such a short notice that anyone's career will be endangered. Without providing compensation, they layoff people and it seems very common in this company. So, basically at DelphianLogic there are just 4-5 oldies who gets the leadership and other major work and rest of fhe new people they hire, they just give temporary treatment. Because somewhere they know that they will hire and fire in this company once their project is done.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. I am glad company given me training and given me chance to work on latest technology

The seniors are ruling the roost. The senior managers don't have anywhere to go so they cling on to their position year after year. The seniors are great politician they very well know how to manipulate their juniors. They only keep those who are of their mentality and that is oiling service. They prefer people who behave like their robots.

Likes

The work culture, compensations, work-life balance, job-security is very good over here. Over-all it is good company to work with.

Dislikes

Personally speaking, work satisfaction is something i can't find over here neither do I have much to learn in the job role i am working in. (This is for me personally on the job role I am working for, i cannot speak on other job profiles.
