Company is really excellent and it bst suits for a fresher Salary they are providing has much more than that of anybody in their class Work life balance and is OK Giving lot of freedom on work..

Poor and selfish management Don't allow mobile phones inside the factory Even they didn't provided lockers to anybody Lot of misbehaviours on canteen Treating trainees as like an uneducated ones Not responding to our queries Most badly diploma trainees are treating engineering students as their slave due to their influence among supervisors They didn't follow quality policy in the work floor but will make up the shop floor if any audit arise. Full support is only for the employees they not even work properly..

... Even you don't have printer/ Xerox you have to run various place / department. No bonus. Shift continuation there. Health will be affected. No loyalty, will kick out after extracting work. Don't join. Always to be in pressure. Realistic work won't be there. Top management get good salary in lakhs and Incentive 40 to 50 lakhs. So they don't bother you. Just talk sweetly to extract work only. Then they will extract all from your brain to daily write 1 suggestion to improve company and reduce cost. No use even a single paise to you. Compulsory over stay after 4.30 pm during suggestion meetings and all bus will be stopped, you can't go house. At our personal time they keep suggestion meetings. 1 computer 3 persons to use like musical chair. Irrespective of production all departments to come in shift ( If they don't like will put in shift midnight 1 am to morning 9 am), except Finance & HR.

There is not much opportunity to learn technical things. Partiality between employee and trainee is more. Security guards won't respect you.

Company is good, caring employees, salary & other benefits are in time. Training programs also conducted for employees betterment regular basis.

Dislikes

Aftermarket Marketing department is very worst. Boss is working like Tukghlak. Morning he is saying different, evening different. He don't have any policy for working, Don't have market knowledge, He can not built team under him in his 11 or what ever years service. All good & capable people left the organization only due to his dirty politics. Sale also getting down due to his poor market knowledge but nobody is asking him so he is working like a Tughlak. Giving useless orders or ideas to his colleagues but for the job safety people who don't agree, listening whatever he is saying. Very worst department due to this man otherwise company is good. Other departments are also good & cooperative

They are teaching me very well.i have learned lot of skills during my trainning periods.and the staffs are supporting me very well.good environment to work there.

Dislikes

There is plenty of politics there.salary is not enough fo trainees as well as aprentice students
