Even in the covid lockdown time, they have provided the entire salary. 3. They have two plants Thiruvallur and Oragadam. Thiruvallur plant work culture is best. Very very less work pressure. Food is also very good at the Thiruvallur plant. 4. Very good M.D. and Executive Vice President Ravi Sir. 5. They produce world-class quality components. 6. PRIDE class is a very good initiative by HR Santhosh sir. He is a good person. Very very humble and polite. 7. Total Quality Management is a very good move by management.

... Oragadam plant. Every day only politics no work going at the Oragadam plant. 2. Last two years no salary increment. We are working very hard every day and Management never bother about our pain. Management gave price increases to all suppliers and others. They are not ready to increase the salary for Us. 3. Food very very worst at the Oragadam plant. You cant eat anything there. Rice very hard to swallow. They are not bothered about hard-working people pain. Tea only good the at Oragadam plant. 4. Security Guards at the Oragadam plant the worst people on the plant. They are speaking like Chief Minister of Tamilnadu to everyone. They will never give respect to Trainees and Management Staffs. 5. You can feel 20,000 bar pressure at the Oragadam plant daily. 6. Annual salary increment not provided based on performance. Who are all putting a lot of ice on Boss daily will only get a good salary increment. Hard-working people will never get a good salary hike.

... Even you don't have printer/ Xerox you have to run various place / department. No bonus. Shift continuation there. Health will be affected. No loyalty, will kick out after extracting work. Don't join. Always to be in pressure. Realistic work won't be there. Top management get good salary in lakhs and Incentive 40 to 50 lakhs. So they don't bother you. Just talk sweetly to extract work only. Then they will extract all from your brain to daily write 1 suggestion to improve company and reduce cost. No use even a single paise to you. Compulsory over stay after 4.30 pm during suggestion meetings and all bus will be stopped, you can't go house. At our personal time they keep suggestion meetings. 1 computer 3 persons to use like musical chair. Irrespective of production all departments to come in shift ( If they don't like will put in shift midnight 1 am to morning 9 am), except Finance & HR.

Company is good, caring employees, salary & other benefits are in time. Training programs also conducted for employees betterment regular basis.

Aftermarket Marketing department is very worst. Boss is working like Tukghlak. Morning he is saying different, evening different. He don't have any policy for working, Don't have market knowledge, He can not built team under him in his 11 or what ever years service. All good & capable people left the organization only due to his dirty politics. Sale also getting down due to his poor market knowledge but nobody is asking him so he is working like a Tughlak. Giving useless orders or ideas to his colleagues but for the job safety people who don't agree, listening whatever he is saying. Very worst department due to this man otherwise company is good. Other departments are also good & cooperative

Delphi Tvs is the good place for beginners start their career. In this place more experienced person share their knowledge to trainees and provide good salary to trainees compare to other automobile companies but job security is too poor for every automobile companies in now a days.

Job security for trainees is very poor.
