Nowadays the salary not affordable for running family. And food worst at many times.

The comapny doing team work is very excellent.The company adopts a latest technology i.e now the comapny is running Bs6 products.Day by day the comapny will grow.Thats why i am interested.

There is no on- job trainee.The salary is also less.

For a fresher I can get pf and esi benefits and salary of 15k per month.. They give proper gloves every time when I work there

Should be ready to work in all 3 shifts… heavy work will be there … If u can work hard u can go.. should life heavy weights . There are other cool departments if u get there it means you are in luck..
