Act apprentice and short term trainees are treated same at working in the shop floor but salary is different. They have equally worked but salary differ which has been suffer to work satisfication.

...ent is also be a kind. Company is done their job what they expect the customers.Overall it's a good place to work Otherwise, I felt salary is the only problem on the company based on our talent and experience.

Here , good trainings available for skill development, good chance for carrier growth, But in salary system is poor. More difference for well experienced persons and new GET. It's not easy to balance your personal life. There is no benefits available for overtime working , special day working.Employes welfare not good to compare standard companies. There is no bonus in a years and leave balance days given in a year also is low. I will not prefere to my friends in they get any job opportunities. thank you

Dtvs only provides employee welfere to management peoples above JUnior engg level. Not worry about trainees,and under the level of JE employees. They expect greater hardwork only from these employees and not provide the benifits based on their hardwork

... Even you don't have printer/ Xerox you have to run various place / department. No bonus. Shift continuation there. Health will be affected. No loyalty, will kick out after extracting work. Don't join. Always to be in pressure. Realistic work won't be there. Top management get good salary in lakhs and Incentive 40 to 50 lakhs. So they don't bother you. Just talk sweetly to extract work only. Then they will extract all from your brain to daily write 1 suggestion to improve company and reduce cost. No use even a single paise to you. Compulsory over stay after 4.30 pm during suggestion meetings and all bus will be stopped, you can't go house. At our personal time they keep suggestion meetings. 1 computer 3 persons to use like musical chair. Irrespective of production all departments to come in shift ( If they don't like will put in shift midnight 1 am to morning 9 am), except Finance & HR.
