Worst experience. No hike , no promotion, management is poor.. only promotion to their people.. need to say yes for everything.. overtime, office hours is hell.. you have to work like ghost

Apart from few benefits and flexible office hours nothing is worth of. Although they ask you to work in unconventional shifts irrespective of your requests or concerns being addressed.

Dislikes

...of considering your request or concerns. No support for new and expecting moms. And if you are not on a project which is not your mistake, they will cut your bonus. Even if you take leaves, PL or CL they will cut your bonus based on less client hours as you were on leaves. Most idiotic thing is firm contribution which should be 150-200 hours per year. They will ask you to do all HR kind of tasks to show it as a learning. Keep in mind that you need to beg the managers for that, which usually they give to their favourite people n not to those who really need it or willing to do. Most important, managers will pull their favourite people to new projects even though employees with same experience are on bench n desperately looking for projects. They will go out of way to off roll that employee from current project and get it assigned to his new project. It’s just a name sake big 4. GREAT CRY LITTLE WOOL!!!

Perfect place to work for if you need a flexible job with a good pay and the best working environment. It has state of the art facilities (Hyderabad) and will be rated higher than most of the other companies in the world, let alone in India. It provides amazing reimbursements for all kinds of certifications, skill development, personal well-being, etc.

Dislikes

Pay scale should be mapped to market conditions appropriately. Too many sub levels created in one level, say Associate level has 3 sub levels and Senior Consultant has 2 sub levels ideally. Every person ideally spends 2 years in that sub level before even being considered for promotion.

...You will get to work on good project and always a great opportunity to learn. 2. Salary and appraisals are good.

1. No work life balance as most of the projects have tight deadlines and people end up working 12 to 14 hours a day. 2. Micromanagement in some of the projects.

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Worst managers and worst projects. From my side don't go in the project called CALHeerS or FPACt
