Every project provides opportunities to learn new things every day and no two days are the same at Deloitte. The leadership is supportive and enable learning and growth while ensuring the employees well-being is taken care of. Overall, the best place to work, hands down!

The lack of flexibility in working hours and work from office days in some of the teams can be improved.

Deloitte is the best in terms of many parameters. Great work culture, learning opportunities, lucrative perks, awesome leadership, good work life balance (depends upon projects)

Salary varies a lot within same designation. Need to standardize salary as per designation.

...also can give better suggestion. Deloitte takes care of each employee very well. Salary hike is also good (near by 25% to average and up to 65% to the high performer). Learning facilities are too good (employees can do any certification and get it reimbursed full amount).

Dislikes

Multiple project calls which can be reduced. Lots of time waste in the meeting.
