I have given interview in Deloitte on March 1st and had my both rounds successfully done. HR contacted me on March 20th saying I'm selected and giving me approx 90% hike but put a condition to join early. I talked to my manager he said its not possible to get early release in accenture I always was transparent to deloitte on my notice period but she is also not listening to extend.Please suggest what to d

Salary is not competitive for existing professionals who are experienced and are valuable to the firm. Parallel switching inside the firm is not that easy that they preach about going to educational institutions

Work culture is very toxic, work life balance is poor too. Only benefit is compensation.

Dislikes

Your experience in Deloitte highly depends upon your vertical. Internal Audit vertical mainly consists of SOX testing projects. It is a career dead end to join this company and work on SOX testing. There are budgeting constrains and yet they make you work overtime on a regular basis. There is too much politics and seniors will issue PIP against you if you try to change your project. Overall, it is a good company but do not join its Internal Audit vertical. Even if you do, do not take up any SOX testing engagement.
