Work-life balance is decent.

Promotions are very less, and salary is more of less peanuts specially for a new campus hire. There are no activities to keep the employees engaged with the company, no team dinners/lunches, no annual day outs or galas etc.

No work life balance (working 12 hrs a day is normal ) Salary for Associate Analyst is very less and work is too much for that.

Deloitte is the big farm company giving salary well and you can develop the skill through the deloitte id also we can get certificate free.

Working in deloitte is good but few people are in deloitte creating toxic culture so they should be out the office.
