Dellner Sweden is good...i am talking about only dellner India.. Indian management particularly gangway business is very worst...no proven product..no decision makers..only politics playing at manager level....blame game only all are doing..no supporting environment...toxic culture though workload is low.. you are expected to work late hours.

About management policy in a average level. Salary also average level.and Carrier growth is very slow. There is also bond of 3 month which you can't releasing from Company. And also we can't switch in Same field.in 2 years. Then after you can join other same field job.

Worst management and managers. company full of personal attacking managers. there is no privacy to our personal life. Politics at peak and managers are the people who are creating politics. No value for employees other than managers. company needs to learn seeing employees as an asset. no canteen. no transportation.
