No salary they don't given salary to new employee to see whether they continue or now Working till 11pm everyday if HR says their will be long working hours means 11pm everyday No job security if your work doesn't satisfied the CMD they will tell you to resign ASAP without salary I will just do not every try to join Della

Salary takes 2 months to come Expectation is very high no work time And we have to work as like head quarters work timings they all will start there work after 1 pm in noon they expect to work with us in late night and next early morning but they will start again next day after 1 pm ☹️ No butler have worked here more the. 2 months - rude behaviour

Toxic Work culture ,. Ridiculous mentality of senior stafs , salary is 2 moths late . Employee are forced to work late .

They never pay salary on time. Worst company to work with. No professionalism and toxic atmospere to work. You will be asked to sit late for no reason. There is no job security. If you have joined Della then best of luck for your worst time in life.
