Salary takes 2 months to come Expectation is very high no work time And we have to work as like head quarters work timings they all will start there work after 1 pm in noon they expect to work with us in late night and next early morning but they will start again next day after 1 pm ☹️ No butler have worked here more the. 2 months - rude behaviour

They never pay salary on time. Worst company to work with. No professionalism and toxic atmospere to work. You will be asked to sit late for no reason. There is no job security. If you have joined Della then best of luck for your worst time in life.

...about government holidays like Independence day, Republic day, labor day etc. 6. After all these issues they doesn't even bother to give you a decided salary, which is fixed at the time of interview. Ridiculous way of working with a pathetic boss. Do not recommend about Della to anybody. Worst (doesn't have baddest word to describe) experience I have ever had in my whole life.

Terrible Work timing, salary issue (u have to requestevery month for your salary to the head or senior most of the company, also you get your salary of 1st month in mid of 3rd month that to after you request for it) frequent shifting of job locations being at desk job.
