... of micromanagement they are doing creating horrible environment on daily basis. I know one thing one day if people get any other opportunity even if at same salary they will leave. Most of them are working because they know they can not get job anywhere else that is kind of learning company is providing. That is the kind of people this company wants to work with.

... was awesome. Very helpful and understanding.Encouraging and helping each other. Compensation was a plus point. Got good appraisal within one year of service. Provided permanent work from home.

...es is those who are nearby wil have to book security can and it leads to delays. But highly secure Good pay and salary hikes Even in layoffs they will give 6 months salary in India unlike other companies who give no compensation Good food

Everything that was good about Dell ended 2 years back. Nothing is good now.

...es more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health. The work that they make you do is dated and not industry relevant. So don't join dell unless you want to spoil your mental health and career.
