Why this happened is because I didn't have a good reference. Anyone who has a reference is promoted everywhere. He is never told anything about his work.Why this is done is because the person gets support from everywhere, he is taught that everything is Done if there are white questions, no one comes and teaches you, you are only told that we have zero interest in your work.Here if you have a good reference you get promoted even if you do wrong,And this is mostly in the quality department.

HRD is stuck with old clerical process. Management promotes people from North india, despite they don't deserve the position. No matter how qualified you are or whatever skilled you hold, management favours people based on old relationship.
