Dell EMC is a brilliant place to work especially for freshers, the same holds good for experience folks as well as long as you managed to get a good bargain when you discuss your compensation. Good work culture and great people to work for and with. Work place politics cannot be completed eliminated in any company but at the same in Dell EMC it is not as bad as how it is in other companies. Overall it's a great place to work

Normalization of compensation is a myth, you feel underpaid as compared to your newly joined peers. Work from option is at a very limited capacity. Politics is prevalent.

There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

Dislikes

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. All day works and standups including weekends. There is too much pressure at work and there are always very strict and tight deadlines. Zero work-life balance. Downwards learning curve. Managers will force you to work on weekends as well.
