Compensation is low compared to other product based and competitive companies. No stocks in CTC in general or fresher joinee. Sometime depending on projects technologies used might be legacy/old.

We don’t know when our job will be lost or they transfer the employee to some other company. If you don’t like you will be asked forcibly to send resignation letter Every year they fired lot of employees. Family/self Insurance was bad and useless
